Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103384) and the date (14/8/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the Food and Drug General Authority No. (19458 / p) and the date (10/8/1444 AH) is attached to Union Letter No. (44502103) and dated (5/20/1444 AH), Regarding the National Committee for Fresh Dairy Producers meeting regarding the application of the new requirements on the juice products label, referred to in the Authority’s supplementary circular No. (FS-CIR-1-V2/212911) and dated (4/24/1443 AH), regarding compliance with Saudi Technical Regulation No. (SFDA.FD5012) "Juices, Nectars and Fruit Drinks Card".
Accordingly, the authority requests the relevant manufacturers and importers of food products that do not comply with the regulations to provide it with a corrective plan for study and evaluation. The authority will also follow up on the implementation of the remedial plan with non-compliant establishments.
